1月25日消息。由于包裹数量剧增加上疫情封锁措施的限制，运往美国及加拿大地区的包裹将面临延误，为此eBay宣布将新增卖家保护措施。

eBay公告如下：

由于运往加拿大的包裹数量剧增，以及疫情封锁措施的限制，导致运往加拿大的包裹将延误长达10个工作日，为此eBay已延长了卖家预计交货日期。

对于发往加拿大的商品，eBay将增加以下卖家保护措施：

如果卖家已经上传了物流信息并且有验收扫描，那么延迟发货的指标将不会受到影响。如果满足以下条件，eBay将自动删除在没有卖家解决的情况下关闭的“商品未收到（INR）”纠纷所造成的订单缺陷，以及相关的中差评反馈：

If the seller has uploaded logistics information and has acceptance scanning, the indicators of delayed delivery will not be affected. If the following conditions are met, eBay will automatically delete the order defects caused by the "goods not received (INR)" dispute closed without the seller's settlement, as well as the relevant medium and poor feedback:buy Instagram likes cheap,IG reseller panel

· 物流跟踪信息已按时上传，并在买家开启“商品未收到”纠纷前已从承运商处进行了物理扫描。

· 物流信息显示该商品在INR纠纷关闭后已完成交付。

对于运输中的商品，eBay将在买家申请eBay介入后，再为商品送达提供10天额外时间。如果商品延迟送达，但跟踪显示卖家已按时发货，eBay会自动删除与延迟送达相关的中差评反馈。此外，这些情况不会影响到卖家服务指标评级。  

For goods in transit, eBay will provide an additional 10 days for delivery after the buyer applies for eBay's intervention. If the delivery of goods is delayed, but the tracking shows that the seller has delivered on time, eBay will automatically delete the medium and poor feedback related to the delayed delivery. 另外，加拿大邮政日前也发布了关于物流延迟的紧急通知。为此，eBay提醒卖家：

如果您 的承运商是加拿大邮政，为防止“未收到商品”索赔纠纷，我们强烈建议您使用跟踪服务运输商品，并在承运商收到包裹后立即将物流ID提供给eBay 。

我们还建议您尽量使用其他承运商（例如FedEx）的其他运输服务，以为您的买家提供更多选择。如果您没有FedEx帐户，请考虑注册一个新帐户，以使用联邦快递地面服务获得高达35％的独家eBay折扣。
